Ty Ebright, a licensed broker, has 30 years experience structuring and advising on financial planning and real estate brokerage solutions. He has negotiated and closed over $300 million in real estate purchases, loans, limited partnerships, syndication, real estate investment trusts, and private lending transactions.
Ty has significant expertise in real estate regulations and bankruptcy laws, enabling him to understand all alternatives and options, then identify and structure solutions that are not available from traditional financial resources.
